We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and client communication. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to convert prospects into business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Identify and research potential B2B clients.

\* Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels.

\* Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

\* Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients.

\* Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

\* Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

\* Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities.

\* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

\* Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.

• *Requirements**

\* 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.

\* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

\* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar CRM/lead generation tools is preferred.

\* Strong negotiation and relationship\-building skills.

\* Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently.

\* Experience selling SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or B2B technology solutions is an advantage.
