About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **C/C\+\+ with Data Structures \& Algorithms (DSA) Trainer** to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and technical background, extensive hands\-on training experience, and a proven track record of solving competitive programming problems on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on **C, C\+\+, and Data Structures \& Algorithms** to students/professionals at various skill levels.
• Design and update course curriculum, assignments, quizzes, and practice problem sets aligned with industry and placement requirements.
• Conduct doubt\-clearing sessions, code reviews, and mock coding interviews.
• Guide students on problem\-solving approaches, time/space complexity analysis, and optimal solution design.
• Track student progress and provide personalized feedback and improvement plans.
• Prepare students for technical interviews at product\-based and service\-based companies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, question patterns, and interview formats on coding platforms.
• Mentor junior trainers/teaching assistants, if required.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **8\+ years of experience** in a training/teaching role focused on C, C\+\+, and DSA.
• Must have personally solved **500\+ problems** on LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, or similar competitive programming platforms.
• Strong command over:
• Core C and C\+\+ programming (including OOP concepts, STL, memory management)
• Data Structures: Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Heaps, Hashing, Tries
• Algorithms: Sorting, Searching, Recursion, Dynamic Programming, Greedy, Backtracking, Graph algorithms
• Time and space complexity analysis (Big\-O notation)
• Prior experience training students for placements, coding bootcamps, or corporate upskilling programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with online teaching tools, LMS platforms, and virtual classroom software.
• Competitive programming ratings/achievements (Codeforces, CodeChef, etc.) are a strong plus.
• Prior experience creating YouTube tutorials, blogs, or technical content is an added advantage.
