Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic CA students eligible for articleship who are keen to gain practical experience in auditing, taxation and regulatory compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Statutory Audit:** Assist in financial statement audits, verification of books of accounts and preparation of audit working papers.
• **Internal Audit:** Participate in process audits, internal control reviews and preparation of audit reports.
• **Bank Audits:** Gain exposure to concurrent audits and other banking\-related audit assignments.
• **Direct Taxation:** Assist in income tax returns, tax computations and tax audit assignments, including Form 3CD.
• **GST:** Work on GST returns, input tax credit reconciliations and other GST compliance assignments.
• **International Taxation:** Gain exposure to transfer pricing, international tax compliance and cross\-border transactions.
• **Accounting and Reporting:** Assist in ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.
• **Client Coordination:** Coordinate with clients for information, supporting documents and audit requirements.

Eligibility and Skills

• Students pursuing CA and eligible for articleship under ICAI guidelines.
• Basic understanding of accounting, auditing and taxation.
• Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn and work on diverse professional assignments.
