Job Description – FP\&A (Financial Planning \& Analysis) accounting operations

• *Location:** Bangalore
• *Experience:** 2–3 Years

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
• Analyse revenue, costs and profitability.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Support month\-end closing and management reporting.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets.
• Coordinate with various departments for financial data.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Eligibility

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP\&A or Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and ERP tools preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
