CA Semi-Qualified Assistant

• *We are looking for a CA Semi\-Qualified Paid Assistant (Audit Profile) with 0–3 years of experience to join our team.**

The candidate will assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and related assurance assignments. Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in Statutory Audit engagements under Indian GAAP and International GAAP
• Supporting Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and Management Audit assignments
• Assisting in Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagements
• Supporting Special Purpose Financial Statements audits
• Assisting in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) implementation, walkthroughs, and testing
• Supporting comprehensive financial and accounting due diligence assignments
• Preparing audit working papers, audit documentation, and audit reports
• Performing reconciliations, analytical procedures, and verification of financial information
• Preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and supporting schedules
• Coordinating with clients for timely receipt of information and completion of assignments
• Researching applicable auditing standards, laws, and regulatory updates

Requirements

• CA Inter / CA Semi\-Qualified
• 0–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, or taxation
• Good understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Indian GAAP; exposure to International GAAP will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/audit software
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work
