CAD Designer

• *Job Title:** CAD Designer

• *Location:** Bangalore

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Create 2D and 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and product assemblies.

\* Develop manufacturing drawings with GD\&T, dimensions, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

\* Design and develop enclosures for IoT devices, wearables, and electronic products, considering functionality, manufacturability, and aesthetics.

\* Modify existing designs based on engineering feedback.

\* Coordinate with hardware, mechanical, and production teams during product development.

\* Prepare documentation for prototyping and mass production.

\* Ensure designs comply with industry standards and manufacturing requirements.

\* Operate and manage 3D printing machines for rapid prototyping, including print preparation, machine setup, monitoring, and post\-processing of printed parts.

\* Support prototype testing, evaluate printed prototypes, and implement design improvements based on testing results.

\* Work closely with the electronics and firmware teams to ensure seamless mechanical integration of PCBs, sensors, batteries, antennas, and other components.

• *Requirements**

\* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

\* 1–3 years of experience in CAD design and product development.

\* Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or Creo.

\* Hands\-on experience operating and maintaining 3D printing machines (FDM/SLA or similar).

\* Experience in designing enclosures for electronic products, IoT devices, or consumer products is preferred.

\* Good understanding of sheet metal, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes.

\* Knowledge of tolerance analysis, engineering drawings, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.

\* Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

\* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross\-functional product development environment.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
