Call Center Agent

We are looking for an outgoing and well\-spoken call center agent to make outbound calls to customers.

• *Core** **duties \& responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to achieve a higher rate of customer satisfaction
• Answer customer questions and provide basic services information
• Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for clients
• Cross\-promote various trade services to customers
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Complete any responsibilities assigned by the manager

**Skills you bring for success**

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in any type of call center will be an added advantage.
• Strong listening skills; ability to tailor services to meet existing customers’ needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
