Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per patient requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, departments, packages, and facilities.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow\-ups, patient feedback, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/Hospital Information System.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve patient concerns efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,525\.03 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
