Call Center Executive

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal, business, and other loan products.
• Explain loan eligibility, basic requirements, and documentation.
• Collect customer details and follow up on interested leads.
• Check basic eligibility criteria such as CIBIL score, salary, ITR, and business turnover.
• Coordinate with the Executive Team for document collection and loan processing.
• Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow\-up records.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
