Job Description
- *Job Summary**
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, schedule appointments, resolve queries, and ensure high\-quality patient service through effective communication and system updates.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle patient calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow\-ups
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm OPD appointments
- Provide accurate information on hospital services and doctors
- Update call details and patient data in CRM/HIS system
- Resolve patient queries within defined TAT and escalate when required
- Maintain confidentiality and follow call center SOPs
- *Skills Required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient\-centric and service\-oriented approach
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in shifts and handle call volume
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
