Job Description

  • *Job Summary**

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, schedule appointments, resolve queries, and ensure high\-quality patient service through effective communication and system updates.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle patient calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow\-ups
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm OPD appointments
  • Provide accurate information on hospital services and doctors
  • Update call details and patient data in CRM/HIS system
  • Resolve patient queries within defined TAT and escalate when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow call center SOPs
  • *Skills Required**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient\-centric and service\-oriented approach
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle call volume

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
