Camera Operator and Editor

• *Job Summary:**

BCTLABS STEM Academy is seeking a skilled and creative **Cameraman \& Editor** to document academic activities, student projects, events, and promotional campaigns across our school branches. The ideal candidate should have experience handling **mirrorless cameras**, and strong skills in **video editing, photo editing, and graphic design** for both print and digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Capture high\-quality **photos and videos** of classroom activities, events, STEM sessions, and workshops using **mirrorless cameras**.
• Edit and produce engaging **videos and photos** for internal and external communications.
• Design posters, banners, and promotional materials using **CorelDRAW** and **Canva**.
• Collaborate with the STEM and marketing teams to plan, schedule, and execute shoots.
• Manage and maintain all **camera, lighting, and audio equipment**.
• Handle **social media accounts** (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) by posting creative and informative content regularly.
• Create short videos and reels for school promotions and student engagement.
• Archive and organize all raw footage, edited projects, and media files systematically.
• Stay updated with **latest trends** in video editing, photography, and social media content creation.

• *Educational Qualification:**

• Diploma / Degree in **Visual Communication, Media Studies, Film Editing**, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience in **media production or content creation** may also be considered.
