  • *What would you do?** ? Individual will be responsible to manage Multichannel campaign requests received via email/OC. ? Manage end\-to\-end Multi channel campaign process (email, SMS, MMS, VMS, Wechat, Whatsapp, Line, Kakao etc) ? Individual is needed to complete tasks (deploy campaigns, generate distribution list, create workflows, create test data, test workflow end to end) on time and error\-free. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Set of markup symbols or codes inserted in a file intended for display on a World Wide Web browser page. It describes the structure of text\-based information in a document by denoting certain text as links, headings, paragraphs and lists as well as to supplement that text with interactive forms, embedded images and other objects\-typically for developing web pages.
  • *What are we looking for?** • Candidate should be a graduate. • Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in Campaign Management required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi\-task. • Intimate knowledge of Campaign Management Best Practices and trends. • Impeccable time management and multitask ability along with understanding of customer targeting and its implementation in campaigns • Detailed knowledge of campaign lifecycle (either/and \- Adobe, SFMC, Braze etc). • Mandatory experience in creating complex CRM workflows in SFMC and list generation. • Experience on other email delivery applications: Dream, ExactTarget, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Mandatory if they don’t have SFMC – high proficiency. • Mandatory knowledge of HTML, SQL, Ampscript and JS required.
