- *What would you do?** Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time\-to\-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services \& Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. - *What are we looking for?** •We are looking for a CRM Service Delivery Manager with strong experience in managing CRM platforms, service operations, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should have expertise in incident, problem, and change management, ensuring high service availability and user satisfaction. They should be skilled in coordinating cross\-functional teams, driving process improvements, and managing service delivery against defined SLAs. Strong communication, analytical, and vendor management capabilities are essential. Experience with CRM technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred. A customer\-centric mindset and a focus on operational excellence will be key to success in this role. •Marketing Operations
- *Roles and Responsibilities:** Lead the end\-to\-end delivery and support of CRM services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Partner with business stakeholders and cross\-functional teams to align CRM solutions with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CRM processes, service quality, and user experience. Manage incident, problem, and change management activities, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation. Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards across CRM platforms.
