  • *What would you do?** ? Individual will be responsible to manage Multichannel campaign requests received via email/OC. ? Manage end\-to\-end Multi channel campaign process (email, SMS, MMS, VMS, Wechat, Whatsapp, Line, Kakao etc) ? Individual is needed to complete tasks (deploy campaigns, generate distribution list, create workflows, create test data, test workflow end to end) on time and error\-free. ? Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon. ? Ensure all quality standards are met. ? Follow transactions/issues tracking mechanism and capture all the details required on the tracking tool In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Design, implement, develop \& manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A CRM platform that allows to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. It is an integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and mgmt and data analysis. Custom scripting languages used to personalize landing pages, create applications, construct cross\-channel templates or layouts.
  • *What are we looking for?** • Candidate should be a graduate. • Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in Campaign Management required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi\-task. • Intimate knowledge of Campaign Management Best Practices and trends. • Impeccable time management and multitask ability along with understanding of customer targeting and its implementation in campaigns • Detailed knowledge of campaign lifecycle (either/and \- Adobe, SFMC, Braze etc). • Mandatory experience in creating complex CRM workflows in SFMC and list generation. • Experience on other email delivery applications: Dream, ExactTarget, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Mandatory if they don’t have SFMC – high proficiency. • Mandatory knowledge of HTML, SQL, Ampscript and JS required. • SFMC certification required – Email Specialist or Admin • Multichannel setups which includes and not limited to SMS/MMS, VMS, Wechat, Whatsapp, Kakao, Line etc • Experience in creating/maintain automations and journeys. • Review/Create and provide post campaign analysis reports using reporting dashboards. • Experience in creating dashboards using CRM tool •Stakeholder management
