• *Practice Lead – Capital Markets Operations \& Transformation**

• *Role Summary**We are looking for a seasoned Practice Lead to drive growth, transformation, and innovation within the Capital Markets Operations practice. The role involves leading large\-scale transformation programs, developing industry solutions and offerings, driving business growth, and enabling future\-ready operating models leveraging Digital, AI/ML, Automation, Data Modernization, and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Lead and grow the Capital Markets Operations practice across clients and business units.
• Define and execute practice strategy, transformation roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs using Digital, AI/ML, Automation, Data, and Agentic AI.
• Develop industry solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Support business development through solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Design future\-state operating models and identify transformation opportunities for clients.
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation initiatives.
• Mentor consulting and transformation teams while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• *Required Skills \& Experience**
• 15\+ years of experience in Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong domain expertise in one or more areas: Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Alternatives (PE/Private Credit/REIT), or Custody \& Securities Operations.
• Proven experience leading large\-scale transformation programs and practice\-building initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Automation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in consulting, solutioning, sales enablement, and business development.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills.
• Experience developing transformation frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• *Preferred Profile:** A strategic leader with a strong techno\-functional background, capable of driving innovation, delivering business value, and building high\-performing transformation teams in the Capital Markets domain.
