• *Role Overview**

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for people exploring a career in design. You will understand their goals, recommend suitable programs and guide them through enrollment. The role combines consultative counselling with monthly enrollment targets.

• *Responsibilities**

• Connect with prospective learners by phone, message and email to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs
• Manage the admissions process from first inquiry to enrollment
• Welcome walk\-in learners at our Hyderabad office and explain program details, learning outcomes and placement support
• Meet monthly enrollment targets through structured follow\-ups and proactive outreach
• Coordinate with the marketing and placement teams to provide a smooth learner experience
• Keep accurate CRM records and suggest process improvements

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, admissions, business development or placement coordination (recent graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) is a plus
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented and comfortable in a fast\-paced environment
• Ability to explain information clearly and answer questions with patience and empathy

• *Work Schedule**

• Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off)
• Additional day off on the second Thursday of every month
• Work from home every Thursday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexible login between 10:00 and 11:00 AM and a 1\-hour break
