• *Key Responsibilities**

• Interact with 80–100 prospective learners on a daily basis through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in\-person meetings.
• Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable academic programs.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, College Comparisons, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Manage the complete admission process, including application guidance, documentation, and enrolment formalities.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective students throughout the admission journey to ensure effective conversions.
• Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the database.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistentcounselling and conversion efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, university updates, scholarships, andadmission policies.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor’s degree in any UGC approved Universities.
• 1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, studentrecruitment, or sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills areencouraged to apply.

• Excellent counselling, interpersonal, and relationship\-management abilities.
