Telesales Sales Executive (B2B Client Acquisition)

Role Overview

We are hiring 5 Telesales Sales Executives to make outbound calls to qualified leads interested in starting a distribution business with Arohi Global. The role is conversion\-focused: you will explain our new business model of own brand, answer queries, overcome objections, and convert leads into clients. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high\-volume outbound calls to assigned leads and follow up via phone/WhatsApp/email.
  • Present and explain Arohi Global’s distribution/new business model and benefits persuasively.
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and close conversions.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Record call outcomes and follow\-ups accurately in CRM or shared tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client on boarding and handover.
  • Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

  • Own laptop is mandatory.
  • Strong spoken and written communication in English and Bengali/Hindi.
  • Confident, target\-driven and comfortable handling customer calls.
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong hands\-on experience using AI chatbots, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, for productivity, research, content creation, and daily work tasks.
  • Professional phone etiquette, persuasive communication, and ability to follow a script.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Garments/apparel sales, distribution, or B2B Sales experience is an advantage.

Work Setup \& Timings

  • Present office location: Belgharia
  • Exact shifts and in\-office days will be communicated during interview/offer. Flexibility required to meet targets.
