Key Responsibilities

• Connect with candidates through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Understand candidates' education, experience, visa/work authorization, and career objectives.
• Explain the company's career support services and hiring process.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist candidates with resume improvements and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.
• Build long\-term relationships with candidates by providing timely updates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from onboarding to placement.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Explain company services, hiring processes, and placement opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of active candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Track candidate progress and provide continuous support until placement.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports.
• Handle candidate objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams.
• Achieve monthly candidate engagement and placement targets.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, visa categories, and employment market changes.
