Cashier and data entry operator

Monsoon Salon is looking for a smart, presentable, and detail\-oriented **Cashier / Data Entry Executive** to manage daily billing operations, maintain accurate records, and support the salon's day\-to\-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer\-friendly, and comfortable working with computers.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle daily billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Generate invoices and process payments through cash, card, and UPI.
• Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
• Enter customer, billing, and inventory data into the system.
• Update and maintain Excel sheets and salon records.
• Ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of each day.
• Coordinate with the salon team regarding appointments and billing.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, billing, or data entry is preferred.
• Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Smart, organized, and detail\-oriented.
• Comfortable using laptops and billing software.
• Good working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**, including basic formulas.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast\-paced environment.

• **Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
