- *What you'll be responsible for**
1\. Owning the P\&L for assigned State PCS categories including budgets, pricing, enrollment, and
revenue targets
2\. Launching new state categories from 0 to 1 across market prioritization, product construct,
GTM, and first cohort acquisition
3\. Scaling growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization aligned to exam
notification cycles
4\. Owning organic distribution across YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and app, along with
customer lifecycle management
5\. Driving performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube including budgets, creative
briefs, and CAC/ROAS accountability
6\. Leveraging data and competitor intelligence to track funnel performance and drive category
Decisions.
- *Who we're looking for**
1\. 4 to 8 years in Category Management, Growth, Business, or P\&L ownership roles
2\. Proven track record of scaling categories within test prep or EdTech, with UPSC, State PCS,
SSC, or Banking preferred
3\. Demonstrated 0 to 1 experience launching and scaling a new category, market, or product
4\. Hands\-on grasp of acquisition, retention, pricing, performance marketing, and CAC economics
5\. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, comfortable with dashboards and cohort
data
6\. Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a bias for action
- *Strongly Preferred**
1\. Experience with YouTube led organic funnels in test prep
2\. Understanding of the Hindi belt aspirant and how demand moves with state exam cycles
3\. Prior experience in scaling a test prep category
