Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead the growth and performance of multiple brands across ecommerce and quick\-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business planning, revenue growth, marketplace management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of brands across ecommerce and quick\-commerce channels.
• Own revenue, profitability, and overall business performance for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute category growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and brand stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, inventory health, and market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement improvement initiatives.
• Lead business reviews and present performance insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
• Support new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members while driving accountability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Category Management, Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Business Management.
• Experience managing revenue growth and business performance.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ecommerce marketplaces is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling multiple brands or categories.
• Experience managing ecommerce or quick\-commerce channels.
• Experience leading cross\-functional teams.
• Exposure to FMCG, Personal Care, Healthcare, Consumer Electronics, or Consumer Goods categories.
