Roles \& Responsibilities

1\.Manage the day\-to\-day operation of the hotel's CCTV and surveillance systems.

Supervise CCTV operators and ensure continuous monitoring of designated areas.

2\.Monitor guest areas, entrances/exits, parking areas, back\-of\-house areas, cash\-handling areas, and other critical locations.

3\.Ensure surveillance cameras are functioning properly and provide adequate coverage.

4\.Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations or management requests.

5\.Maintain accurate records of surveillance incidents, observations, and investigations.

6\.Coordinate with the Security Manager, Hotel Management, HR, and other departments regarding security incidents.

7\.Investigate and document incidents such as theft, unauthorized access, guest complaints, accidents, employee misconduct, and property damage.

8\.Ensure CCTV footage and surveillance records are securely maintained and accessed only by authorized personnel.

9\.Monitor system storage capacity and ensure important footage is properly preserved according to company policy.

Coordinate with IT/technical teams or external vendors for CCTV maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Conduct regular checks to identify blind spots, camera failures, or system deficiencies.

10\.Prepare periodic surveillance reports for senior management.

11\.Ensure all surveillance activities comply with hotel policies, privacy requirements, and applicable regulations.

Train CCTV operators on monitoring procedures, incident reporting, confidentiality, and emergency protocols.

12\.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive surveillance information and investigation records.

13\.Assist the Security Department during emergencies, security incidents, and investigations.

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹114,000\.00 per month
