Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, sales\-driven, and customer\-focused Center Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our clinic. This role combines operations, client relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with clients, convert consultations into treatments, manage follow\-ups, and ensure an exceptional client experience while driving the centre's revenue and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise front desk executives, therapists, and support staff.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls, answer enquiries, and guide potential clients through their treatment journey.
  • Conduct client consultations, understand their concerns, recommend suitable treatment plans, and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Follow up with leads, missed consultations, and existing clients to maximize conversions and retention.
  • Drive monthly revenue targets through consultations, treatment conversions, and upselling appropriate services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to post\-treatment follow\-up.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Monitor appointments, scheduling, billing, and clinic administration.
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, lead conversion rates, and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to optimize patient flow.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of clinic supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and company policies.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and local outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience managing an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, wellness centre, or similar customer\-facing business.
  • Proven experience handling client consultations, sales conversations, follow\-ups, and treatment conversions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience in the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
