We are looking for an experienced, results\-oriented **Center Manager** to manage the end\-to\-end operations of the training center
- *Important Requirements**
- Candidate must be **local to the respective location**
- Strong **college connects / institutional network is mandatory**
- Good understanding of **CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives**
- **Team handling experience is mandatory**
- Manage overall operations of the training center
- Drive student enrollment through colleges and institutional tie\-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions
- Coordinate CSR\-based training and skill development programs
- Lead, manage, and guide the center team for daily operations
- Ensure achievement of enrollment and operational targets
- Monitor batch scheduling, attendance, and training delivery
- Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking of the center
- Handle coordination with stakeholders including students, trainers, and partners
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience in **team management (mandatory)**
- Strong experience in **college outreach and institutional relations**
- Prior exposure to **CSR projects preferred**
- Background in EdTech, education, training, or skill development sector
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay: Up to ₹75,000\.00 per month
