1\. Position Overview

Pachouli Wellness Clinic is looking for a dynamic, target\-oriented and experienced Center Manager for its Vasundhara, Ghaziabad center.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall clinic operations, conducting guest consultations and counselling, driving sales conversions, achieving revenue targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Aesthetic, Cosmetology, Dermatology, Beauty or Wellness industry, along with strong consultation, counselling, sales and team management skills.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• *A. Guest Consultation \& Counselling**

• Personally handle guest consultations and understand their requirements.
• Counsel guests regarding skin, hair, laser, slimming, beauty and wellness treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, packages and pricing.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on guest requirements and doctor's recommendations.
• Handle guest queries, objections and price negotiations effectively.
• Ensure a professional and personalized consultation experience.

• *B. Sales \& Revenue Management**

• Take complete ownership of the clinic's monthly revenue targets.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Drive package sales, renewals, upselling and cross\-selling.
• Convert walk\-in guests and prospective leads into paying customers.
• Monitor daily sales, collections and conversion ratios.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Ensure effective follow\-ups with prospective and existing guests.

• *C. Clinic Operations**

• Manage the complete day\-to\-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure proper staff deployment and coordination.
• Monitor appointments, guest footfall and service delivery.
• Maintain clinic hygiene, ambience and grooming standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, counsellors and front office staff.
• Ensure implementation of company SOPs.

• *D. Team Management**

• Lead and manage the complete clinic team.
• Allocate responsibilities and targets to team members.
• Monitor individual performance and productivity.
• Conduct daily team meetings and sales reviews.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, attendance and employee\-related matters.
• Maintain team discipline and professional standards.

• *E. Customer Relationship Management**

• Handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and treatment continuity.
• Monitor follow\-ups and customer feedback.
• Drive repeat business, customer retention and referrals.
• Maintain long\-term relationships with guests.

• *F. Financial, Inventory \& Reporting**

• Ensure accurate billing and daily cash reconciliation.
• Monitor collections and prevent revenue leakage.
• Maintain inventory and consumable stock.
• Submit daily sales, collection, footfall and attendance reports.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office for operational and financial requirements.

• *3\. Qualification \& Education**

Candidates must fulfil the following educational criteria

• Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology or Aesthetic\-related fields.
• Qualification in Dermatology, Beauty, Skin \& Hair Science or Wellness\-related fields.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Hospitality or Management, preferably with relevant Aesthetic/Wellness industry qualifications or experience.

• *Preference will be given to candidates with educational qualifications directly related to the Aesthetic, Cosmetology, Dermatology or Wellness industry.**

4\. Required Experience

• Prior experience in the Aesthetic, Dermatology, Cosmetology, Laser, Beauty or Wellness industry is mandatory.
• Experience as a Center Manager, Clinic Manager, Branch Manager, Senior Counsellor or Sales Manager will be preferred.
• Hands\-on experience in guest consultation, treatment counselling and package selling is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in managing clinic teams and day\-to\-day operations.

7\. Working Conditions

• **Location:** Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Pachouli Wellness Clinic.
• **Shift Duration:** 9 Hours per Day.
• **Working Days:** As per company policy.
• **Role Type:** Full\-Time.
• **Reporting:** Regional Head / Operations Head.

8\. Overall Role Expectation

The Center Manager must function as the overall business owner of the assigned clinic, personally drive guest consultations and counselling, convert business opportunities into sales, achieve monthly revenue targets and ensure smooth clinic operations while maintaining Pachouli's service and brand standards.

Pay: ₹42,000\.00 \- ₹44,000\.00 per month
