Job Description

Brilliko Institute of Multimedia is looking for an experienced and target\-oriented **Center Manager – Sales** for our Jalandhar branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing center operations, driving student admissions, leading the counseling and sales team, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Candidates with experience in education, coaching institutes, skill development, or training centers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Jalandhar center.
• Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales and counseling team.
• Manage student inquiries, lead follow\-ups, and admission conversions.
• Develop strategies to increase student enrollments.
• Monitor team performance and maintain sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation.
• Ensure excellent student and parent service.
• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth center operations.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or center management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage sales performance.
• Experience in the education or training industry will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is preferred.
