Job Description

  • *Job Summary**

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Nedumangad Branch. The role requires strong leadership to ensure achievement of monthly admission and collection targets, smooth academic operations, excellent parent satisfaction, staff management, and adherence to organizational policies. The Centre Head is accountable for the branch's growth, profitability, operational excellence, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities1\. Admissions \& Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets assigned by the management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions.
  • Monitor enquiry conversion rates and ensure effective follow\-up.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize admissions.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local organizations to generate admissions.

2\. Collection \& Financial Performance

  • Ensure achievement of monthly fee collection targets.
  • Monitor outstanding fees and ensure timely collection.
  • Prepare and submit collection reports to management.
  • Maintain healthy cash flow for the centre by minimizing pending dues.
  • Ensure proper fee documentation and financial discipline.

3\. Academic Excellence

  • Monitor the quality of teaching and learning activities.
  • Ensure academic schedules are followed without deviation.
  • Coordinate with Academic Heads to improve student performance.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and review academic quality.
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic programs.

4\. Centre Operations

  • Oversee day\-to\-day branch operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, infrastructure, and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly.

5\. Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and monitor all branch employees.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure staff productivity and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development.
  • Foster a positive and performance\-driven work culture.

6\. Parent \& Student Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent relationships with parents and students.
  • Handle parent concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor student attendance and overall engagement.

7\. Reporting \& Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor branch KPIs including:
  • Admissions
  • Fee Collections
  • Revenue
  • Student Strength
  • Academic Performance
  • Staff Productivity
  • Analyse branch performance and implement corrective actions.

8\. Marketing \& Brand Promotion

  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns.
  • Organize seminars, awareness programs, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Represent the organization in community events and educational programs.
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen the branch's presence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in educational institution management, branch operations, or centre administration.
  • Experience in admissions, collections, team management, and academic coordination is preferred.

  • Take complete ownership of the overall performance of the Nedumangad Branch.
  • Ensure all organizational goals are achieved within the prescribed timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in admissions, collections, academics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and ethical practices.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization at the branch level, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
