• *We are hiring Centre Manager (Centre Incharge)**

• *Minimum Qualifications**

• Graduate in Engineering/Postgraduate in Engineering / Applied Sciences
• Should have minimum 10\+ Years Industry Experience
• Should have minimum 7 years of experience in multinational Companies

• *Domain Expertise**

Expertise in the Electric Vehicle (EV) domain, strong management capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations and management.

Location: Avasari Khurd, Pune, Maharastra

Budget: 12 to 15 LPA.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• The Centre Head should visit the center daily to oversee operations.
• Responsible for implementing the training programs, with support from the Lab Operator and trainer faculty
• Ensure effective execution of the Industry Connect Program.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of the software platform for industry engagement.
• Plan and organize various events in collaboration with local industries.
• Actively build and maintain relationships with industries and potential employers.
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports to DTE in a timely manner.
• Should plan and deliver various course programs to drive revenue generation, utilizing the available resources at the CoE.
• Should be ready to travel to different CoE centers as required and ensure smooth execution of operations across locations
