Centre Manager

• *Job description:**

1\. Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the centre.
• Implement SOPs, operational standards, and process improvements.
• Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless operations.

2\. Marketing, Digital \& Business Development

• Support camps, corporate activities, doctor referrals, community outreach programs and promote corporate programs.
• Drive Google reviews, patient engagement, and digital visibility.
• Monitor lead generation and conversion activities.

3\. Revenue \& Financial Management

• Achieve revenue targets across Consultation, Test Advice, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Footwear, Home Care, and Programs.
• Improve conversions, patient retention, and repeat visits.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash reconciliation, petty cash management, and financial compliance.
• Monitor and reduce revenue leakage.

4\. People Management

• Lead, supervise, and develop centre employees.
• Manage staffing, attendance, attrition, training, and performance.
• Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.

5\. Patient Experience Management

• Deliver excellent patient service across all touchpoints.
• Monitor waiting time, patient feedback, complaints, and Google reviews.
• Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and service recovery initiatives.

6\. Clinical \& Service Coordination

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, patient care and support teams.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between Front Office, Dietitian, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Clinical and Non\-clinical teams.
• Support uninterrupted patient care delivery.

7\. Inventory, Assets \& Facility Management

• Ensure availability of medicines, consumables, and operational supplies.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, asset utilization, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.

8\. Quality, Compliance \& Reporting

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor centre performance through dashboards and reports.
• Manage escalations, incident resolution, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
