Flex Coworks is seeking a proactive and customer\-focused Center Manager to oversee the daily operations, member experience, sales support, facility management, and revenue growth of our coworking center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth center operations, maintain high occupancy levels, and create an exceptional experience for members.
- *Key Responsibilities1\. Center Operations**
- Manage day\-to\-day operations of the coworking center.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, security, internet connectivity, and pantry services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, internet, and security vendors.
- Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure all areas are operational.
- *2\. Member Experience \& Retention**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all members.
- Handle onboarding, office allocation, move\-ins, renewals, and move\-outs.
- Resolve member concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Build strong relationships with members and foster a collaborative community.
- *3\. Sales \& Occupancy Management**
- Conduct center tours for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and support closure of memberships and office space deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve occupancy targets.
- Identify upselling opportunities for meeting rooms, event spaces, virtual offices, and additional services.
- *4\. Revenue \& Administration**
- Manage invoicing, collections, renewals, and payment follow\-ups.
- Maintain occupancy reports, client databases, and operational MIS reports.
- Monitor center expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of contracts and memberships.
- *5\. Community Building \& Events**
- Organize networking events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Promote collaboration among members and startups.
- Support marketing initiatives and social media content from the center.
- *6\. Team \& Vendor Management**
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with center SOPs and safety standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, facility management, real estate, or customer\-facing operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and invoicing software.
- Experience in coworking or managed office environments.
- Sales and client relationship management experience.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
