Location: Tagore Garden, Delhi

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Centre Manager/ Counselor** to lead and manage our franchisee run school.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle parent enquiries and drive admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
• Ensure retention and satisfaction of existing families and children.
• Plan and execute outreach programs to connect with prospective parents and the local catchment area.
• Take complete ownership of centre operations and performance.
• Manage staff, maintain discipline, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the centre.
• Oversee upkeep, safety, hygiene, and overall presentation of the premises.
• Build a positive, nurturing, and professional environment for children, parents, and team members.

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong admission conversion and parent engagement abilities.
• Self\-starter with high ownership and accountability.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in preschool, daycare, education, or customer\-facing service industries will be preferred.
