Centre Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Centre Manager to manage the day\-to\-day operations of our fitness centre, ensure excellent customer service, achieve membership targets, and maintain smooth functioning of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the fitness centre.

Handle membership sales, renewals, and customer inquiries.

Lead and supervise staff, trainers, and front desk employees.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Coordinate with the management regarding business performance and operational requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Support marketing activities and membership growth.

Requirements

Graduate preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in gym, fitness centre, hospitality, or a similar management role.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer\-handling skills.

Knowledge of sales, membership management, and staff supervision.

Target\-oriented with good problem\-solving abilities.
