Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, strategic planning and organisational development.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Manage multiple clients, projects and business accounts effectively.
• Lead teams, delegate responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Establish structured workflows, reporting formats and execution trackers.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables and business performance.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide clear, structured management updates.
• Identify business growth opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Ensure effective coordination across different teams and business functions.
• Take ownership of decisions, execution and overall business outcomes.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management, leadership or business operations.
• Experience as a Founder, Co\-Founder, Startup Leader or Agency Manager is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple clients, accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to working across multiple domains or industries.
• Strong project management, reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to create structured reports, performance updates and execution trackers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong leadership, decision\-making and problem\-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with structured updates, regular reviews and execution tracking.
