Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the company's overall business strategy, operations, financial performance, and organizational growth. The CEO will establish business objectives, drive revenue generation, manage leadership teams, identify new market opportunities, and ensure the company achieves its long\-term strategic goals.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall business strategy, vision, mission, and growth objectives.
• Lead business operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
• Oversee sales, marketing, business development, product development, and operational activities.
• Establish business targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and guide department heads and senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, operational costs, and revenue growth in coordination with the finance team.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business decisions.
• Drive innovation, product development, and expansion into new markets.
• Establish organizational policies, performance standards, and management processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Review business performance reports and make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and growth.
• Build a strong organizational culture focused on accountability, teamwork, innovation, and performance.
• Report business performance and strategic developments to the Board of Directors, where applicable.

4\. Educational Qualification

5\. Experience

• Typically 10\+ years of progressive professional experience, including substantial leadership or senior management experience.
• Proven experience in business strategy, revenue growth, operations, and team leadership.
• Experience in the IT, media, software, or EdTech industry is an advantage.

The CEO is expected to provide strategic direction, lead business expansion, strengthen organizational performance, build effective leadership teams, and ensure sustainable long\-term growth.
