Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Certinia Functional Lead / Consultant** with strong expertise in **Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA)**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in leading end\-to\-end Certinia implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring PSA solutions, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver successful enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops and gather functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable Certinia PSA solutions.
• Configure and implement Certinia PSA modules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, QA, and Integration teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation.
• Support cutover planning, go\-live activities, and post\-production (Hypercare) support.
• Deliver end\-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Recommend process improvements and platform optimization.

• Strong experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering.
• Expertise in functional solution design and PSA configuration.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and cross\-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services business operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certinia (FinancialForce) Certification.
• Salesforce Platform knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating Certinia with Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience working on large enterprise/Fortune 500 implementations.
