• *Job Summary:**

We are hiring an experienced **Certinia Solution Architect** to lead enterprise\-scale **Certinia (FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA)** implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Certinia PSA, Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, and solution design while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end\-to\-end Certinia PSA solution architecture and implementation.
• Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design solutions across Resource Management, Project Management, Time \& Expense, Revenue Management, Billing, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
• Architect Salesforce\-based enterprise solutions and integrations.
• Design integrations with SAP, ERP systems, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, and third\-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor implementation teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of enterprise\-scale Certinia implementations.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• 12\+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with **Certinia (FinancialForce)**.
• 3–5\+ end\-to\-end **Certinia PSA** implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Architecture.
• Hands\-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SAP Integration, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
• Certinia Certification (Preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise/global clients.
