### **Chief Financial Officer (CFO) \- Atharv**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team at Atharv. The CFO will be a key partner in driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and supporting overall business growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, risk management, and capital allocation.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning \& analysis (FP\&A).
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure robust financial management and reporting.
• Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, and optimize cash flow management.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors, contributing to long\-term business planning and decision\-making.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Evaluate and advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the organization.
