Charted Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Accounts Head (CA)** to lead and manage the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will be a **qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** with strong leadership skills and hands\-on experience in financial management, statutory compliance, and team handling.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Financial Management \& Reporting**

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable).
• Monitor financial performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

• *2\. Accounting Operations**

* Manage day\-to\-day accounting functions including

• Accounts Payable \& Receivable
• General Ledger
• Fixed Assets
• Bank Reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation and record\-keeping of all transactions.

• *3\. Compliance \& Audit**

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory compliances.
• Lead internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Ensure proper tax planning and filing of returns.

• *4\. Budgeting \& Financial Planning**

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and analyze variances.
• Support management in financial decision\-making and strategic planning.

• *5\. Internal Controls \& Risk Management**

• Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain strong governance and compliance frameworks.

• *6\. Team Management**

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• *7\. Stakeholder Management**

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support senior leadership with financial insights and reports.
• **Strong knowledge of** GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance
• Financial reporting \& accounting standards
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Industry experience in \[Manufacturing / IT / Services / FMCG – customize as needed]
