• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, taxation, statutory compliances, project accounting, budgeting and financial reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records and books of accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, advance tax and other statutory compliances.
• Manage project\-wise accounting, revenue recognition, cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flows, budgets, fund utilisation and project profitability.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable RERA regulations and other real estate\-related statutory requirements.
• Monitor vendor payments, customer receipts, outstanding balances and reconciliation.
• Handle balance sheet finalisation, audit schedules and financial analysis.
• Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• *Experience**

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the real estate or infrastructure industry will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, accounting standards and statutory compliances.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per month
