compliance forms .

• *Banking \&Capital** : Prepare CMA data loan projections and handle banki documentation for working capital term loan and Lcs.

• *Regulatory Alignment** : Maintain strit adherence to guidelines set by tge iCAI CBDT MCAand SEBI

• *Advisory \& Strategy** : Provide strategic guidance on taxplaining budgeting cost optimization and financial risks

• *Team Leadership**: Mentor and suoervise junior accounts finnce executives and CA article

trainees.
