• *Chartered Accountant (CA) – Chit Fund Company**

• *Job Description:**

• Manage and oversee the company's accounting, finance, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
• Monitor financial transactions, cash flow, and branch\-wise financial performance.
• Conduct financial reviews and support internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other applicable tax\-related activities.
• Review branch accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities as required.
• Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

• *Requirements:**

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of the chit fund industry and applicable regulations is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage financial reporting and compliance independently.
