### **About the Role**

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support business decision\-making through accurate financial management. Key responsibilities include financial statement preparation, GST and TDS compliance, audit coordination, budgeting, and financial analysis.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, assessments, and notices.
• Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements.
• Support management with strategic financial planning and decision\-making.

### **Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP/SAP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

### **Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 5 years of post\-qualification experience.
• Experience in handling audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
