Job Description – Chartered Accountant (General Accounts)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and year\-end closing.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants for accounting and compliance matters.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in general accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
