Chartered Accountant cum CFO (Mining & Transportation)

Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Management**
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of mining and transportation operations.
• Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• **Taxation \& Compliance**
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with government regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• **Cost Control \& Analysis**
• Monitor mining and transportation costs, including fuel, maintenance, and manpower expenses.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend measures for cost optimization.
• Prepare project\-wise and vehicle\-wise profitability reports.
• **Accounts \& Audit**
• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations.
• Manage internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
• **Inventory \& Asset Management**
• Monitor inventory of diesel, lubricants, spare parts, and mining materials.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.
• Verify physical assets and stock periodically.
• **Vendor \& Contract Management**
• Review vendor payments and contract agreements.
• Monitor receivables and payables.
• Ensure proper financial controls in procurement and transportation contracts.
• **Management Reporting**
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Support strategic decision\-making through financial analysis.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
