Job Summary

VRN INC. (Signature Group) is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, accounting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing tax filings, and supporting management in financial planning and decision\-making.

Key Responsibilities

\- Manage accounting operations and financial reporting.

\- Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.

\- Prepare and review balance sheets, P\&L statements, and cash flow reports.

\- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

\- Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.

\- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

\- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

\- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and auditing.

\- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.

\- Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Real estate or construction industry experience preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
