Position: Chartered Accountant – Finance \& Accounts Head
Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Salary: 15 LPA to 18 LPA
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Finance \& Accounts with exposure to Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Corporate Finance sectors.
Skills: Tally, Excel, ERP systems, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance

\- Manage end\-to\-end finance and accounting operations.
\- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
\- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
\- Coordinate and manage Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits.
\- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management activities.
\- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
\- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
\- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.
\- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
\- Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
