• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, Financial Controls, and Compliance Management. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating business processes, identifying control gaps, and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct internal audits across finance, operations, and compliance functions
• Evaluate internal controls, SOPs, and risk management processes
• Identify process gaps, financial risks, and compliance issues
• Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations
• Review accounting records, MIS reports, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with management for audit closures and corrective actions
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Perform branch audits, vendor audits, and process audits as required

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong understanding of Internal Audit and Risk Management
• Expertise in Financial Controls and Compliance Audits
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Accounting Standards
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset

• *Tools \& Software Skills:**

• MS Excel (Advanced Excel)
• Tally Prime
• ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Zoho ERP preferred)
• Power BI / MIS Reporting Tools
• GST Portal \& Income Tax Portal
• Audit Documentation \& Reporting Tools

• *Qualifications:**

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Internal Audit
