Key Responsibilities

1\. Maintain daily financial reports, ledger records, and follow\-up updates.

2\. Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

3\. Conduct audits and assist in the finalization of financial statements.

4\. Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.

5\. Manage bank guarantees, performance bank guarantees, and work orders.

6\. Monitor project handover documentation and payment tracking.

7\. Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and clients.

8\. Ensure proper financial documentation and timely reporting.

Required Skills \& Competencies

1\. Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial compliance.

2\. Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.

3\. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

4\. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

5\. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6\. Good communication and coordination skills.

7\. Willingness to travel within the assigned state, whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

\- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

\- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.

\- Strong understanding of financial management and statutory compliance.

\- Ability to independently manage accounting and financial activities.
