Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance

team. The CA will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting, compliance, and

reporting. The role requires attention to detail, in\-depth knowledge of financial regulations,

and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Taxation and Compliance

o Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing of GST,

Income Tax, and other tax\-related returns.

o Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax obligations for the

company.

o Manage tax audits, assessments, and filings, including VAT, service tax, and

other indirect taxes.

2\. Budgeting and Forecasting

o Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and financial

forecasts.

o Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts,

providing insights to senior management.

3\. Advisory and Strategy

o Provide strategic financial advice to management on investment opportunities,

risk management, and cost optimization.

o Ensure that financial strategies are aligned with business goals and objectives.

4\. Team Collaboration

o Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

and support operational decision\-making.

o Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

 Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institution.

 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

 Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).

 In\-depth understanding of financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance

standards.

 Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with management and external stakeholders.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

 Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.

 Experience with financial planning and analysis.
